Questions We Hear Often

How long before I see results? +

It depends on the channel. Paid advertising can generate leads within the first week of launch. SEO typically takes 3–6 months to show meaningful organic traffic gains. Social media and email marketing tend to show momentum within 60–90 days. We'll be upfront about realistic timelines for your specific situation during our initial strategy call.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract? +

We work on monthly retainers with a 3-month minimum engagement. This gives us enough time to build proper foundations, launch campaigns, and start generating meaningful data. After 3 months, you can continue month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts — we'd rather earn your business every month with results.

How much do I need to spend on advertising? +

Ad spend is separate from our management fees and depends entirely on your goals and market. We'll recommend a realistic budget based on your industry, competition, and the channels we're using. We work with budgets of all sizes, but we'll always be honest if a budget isn't enough to achieve your goals — there's no point running campaigns that can't win.

How involved do I need to be? +

We typically need 1–2 hours of your time per month — for a strategy call and to review and approve key content or creatives. We handle the day-to-day completely. That said, we're always available if you want to go deeper. Some clients prefer to be more involved and we welcome that too.

Will I own the ad accounts and assets? +

Always. All ad accounts, analytics properties, content, and creative assets belong to you. We work inside your accounts, not ours. If you ever decide to leave, you walk away with everything — including all the historical data, audience lists, and campaign structures we've built.
