This is where we earn our retainer. Every week we're in the accounts — adjusting bids, testing new ad copy, refining audiences, building new content, fixing SEO issues, and A/B testing landing pages. We use data from the previous week to inform decisions for the next. Nothing stays the same for long — there's always something to improve, test, or scale.
Every month you receive a plain-English performance report that covers what we did, what happened, and what we're doing next. We meet with you to walk through it, answer questions, and set the strategy for the month ahead. If something isn't working, we say so — and we bring a plan to fix it. No spin, no padding. It depends on the channel. Paid advertising can generate leads within the first week of launch. SEO typically takes 3–6 months to show meaningful organic traffic gains. Social media and email marketing tend to show momentum within 60–90 days. We'll be upfront about realistic timelines for your specific situation during our initial strategy call.
We work on monthly retainers with a 3-month minimum engagement. This gives us enough time to build proper foundations, launch campaigns, and start generating meaningful data. After 3 months, you can continue month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts — we'd rather earn your business every month with results.
Ad spend is separate from our management fees and depends entirely on your goals and market. We'll recommend a realistic budget based on your industry, competition, and the channels we're using. We work with budgets of all sizes, but we'll always be honest if a budget isn't enough to achieve your goals — there's no point running campaigns that can't win.
We typically need 1–2 hours of your time per month — for a strategy call and to review and approve key content or creatives. We handle the day-to-day completely. That said, we're always available if you want to go deeper. Some clients prefer to be more involved and we welcome that too.
Always. All ad accounts, analytics properties, content, and creative assets belong to you. We work inside your accounts, not ours. If you ever decide to leave, you walk away with everything — including all the historical data, audience lists, and campaign structures we've built.
